Residents Reminded of Streets Closed for Annual Homecomers Celebration.

Jackson Police remind motorist that July 27 – 31 is the Annual Jackson Homecomers in Up-town Jackson.   During this time many streets in the up-town area are blocked off for this event.

Motorist are reminded to expect longer delays getting around this area and to either give yourself more time to get to where you are going or plan alternative routes.

We also invite you to visit our command post on S. Hight St. and meet officers.  We will once again offer free information and items for kids during Homecomers.
