The Jackson Police Department continually strives to maintain its high quality of service to individual citizens and the community as a whole.

We believe that the best way for our department to insure the maintenance of this service is to involve citizens of the community who have had recent contact with the Jackson Police Department . These citizens are asked to answer the following questions, either yes or no, in regard to the quality of service they received. We appreciate your cooperation and believe that by completing the survey, both the police department and the community will benefit.

 3. Did the telecommunicator that answered your call speak with a clear and concise voice?

4. Was it your impression that the telecommunicator with whom you spoke was genuinely concerned with your request?
5. Did you feel that you were asked too many unnecessary questions by the telecommunicator?
6. Were you satisfied with the amount of time it took for an officer to reach you?
7. If you were not satisfied, would you have been more understanding if the telecommunicator had advised you that the officer would be delayed?
8. In your opinion, did the uniform appearance of the responding officer project a positive image?
9. Did you observe the responding officer's vehicle?
